How Adult Psychological Assessment Works

The assessment process includes a detailed clinical interview to explore personal, medical, and psychological history, along with standardized tests designed to evaluate specific areas of concern. Behavioral observations are conducted during the sessions to complement testing results, and trauma and stress assessments are included when relevant. Collateral information, such as medical records or input from trusted sources (with your consent), may also be reviewed. The process concludes with a comprehensive report summarizing findings, diagnoses, and personalized recommendations, followed by a feedback session to discuss results and next steps.
