We Can Help

As Independent Examiners, our aim is solely to provide the most accurate and comprehensive assessment of your student or client, addressing the questions/concerns asked of us to investigate. We approach our assessments without having any investment in the results. Neither the referral source nor the funding sources are relevant to the results, to the opinions that we reach, nor to the recommendations that we will make.

Our team at the Family Guidance and Therapy Center (Northern California) includes a Licensed Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Licensed Occupational Therapist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

We offer the following types of IEEs:

  • Social/Emotional
  • Speech and Language
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Cognitive
  • Behavioral (e.g. FBA)
  • Adaptive Behavior
  • Psychoeducational
  • Inclusion
  • Transition

How it works:

Students may come into our clinic in Petaluma for assessments. When relevant, we conduct school observations and meet with teachers, staff, and other professionals in the student's school. We review medical and educational records. We may conduct a home observation when needed.

How much does it cost?

Our rates are $170 per hour or District Flat Rate (e.g. $2700 - $5000 depending on the nature and scope of the assessment).

Live purposefully. Love fully. Grow with us!
