Meet Bronte

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist at the The Petaluma Office

Therapy, to me, is a space where your story is honored—not reduced to symptoms or labels. The ways you’ve learned to survive, adapt, and keep moving are rooted in wisdom, even if they no longer serve you in the same way. I believe healing begins with understanding these patterns with compassion rather than judgment. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by trauma responses, stuck in cycles of self-doubt, or navigating relationships that feel complicated or heavy, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can gently untangle what’s been holding you back and make room for resilience, connection, and self-trust.

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and relational, drawing from evidence-based models like DBT, IFS/parts work, mindfulness-based practices, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I work with clients in an authentic, grounded way—showing up as a real human rather than a blank slate. At times, humor can be part of our work, especially when it brings ease or clarity to difficult moments.

In addition to trauma work, I am experienced in crisis management and remain calm and steady in moments of acute distress. I understand how overwhelming those situations can feel, and I prioritize safety, stabilization, and support when the pressure is high.

Above all, I tailor our sessions to meet you where you are, honoring your pace and your lived experience. My hope is to help you reconnect with your own strength and inner wisdom, so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and a sense of possibility.
