Meet Jihan
Clinical Counseling Intern at the The San Diego Office
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like no one truly sees you. I was that girl—the one who carried the weight of the world, trying to push through pain, silence, and survival mode. Maybe you’re that person right now. You hold it together on the outside, but inside, you’re exhausted. The past still lingers, the stress never stops, and you wonder if healing is even possible.
I see you. I hear you. And I want you to know—you don’t have to do this alone.
My passion is helping people break free from survival mode and step into a life that feels whole. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, military life, substance use, or just trying to figure out what comes next, I offer a space where you can breathe, process, and rebuild.
Therapy with me is real, down-to-earth, and built around you—no judgment, no fluff. Just honest conversations, proven strategies, and the support you deserve. Together, we’ll work on shifting old patterns, honoring your boundaries, and finding strength in your story.
I specialize in working with:
- Military & veterans
- Trauma survivors
- People who are tired of carrying everything alone
I know healing isn’t easy, but neither is staying in the same cycle. If you’re ready to start moving forward, I got you.
I’m an active-duty counselor within the Navy’s Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program (SARP), and I’m completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. More importantly, I’m someone who understands the journey from struggle to strength.
You don’t have to keep doing this alone. Let’s talk.
