As an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, I'm trained to support both emotional healing and the practical realities of change. If you’re struggling with self-love, relationship issues, systemic barriers, or stuff that doesn't work, I'm here to reconnect you with your true self and create something new. I support individuals navigating trauma, disability, life transitions, mental illness and the impact of systemic barriers, integrating person-centered, attachment focused and experiential therapies. I enjoy the process of untangling the past experiences that influence how you show up in the world today, creating healing and hope through our relational bond.
