During the Covid-19 crisis, please be advised that we have adapted our assessment practices. Whenever possible, we provide virtual assessment through telehealth and online questionnaires. We limit face-to-face assessment to necessary procedures (cognitive and social-communication direct standardized assessment), and we test behind a screen in separate, well-ventilated rooms with facial covering (mask / facial shield), behind a plexiglass barrier. We do ask you to sign a waiver and consent form, and we will take your temperature and ask you to wash your hands upon arrival. All surfaces are disinfected in between clients.
