Josiline Reck

Registered Behavior Technician in the Petaluma Office

With five years of experience supporting children with diverse abilities, including three years dedicated to working with neurodivergent populations, I have developed a deep passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of both our learners and their families. I firmly believe that every individual deserves access to effective and compassionate behavioral support.

I am committed to advocating for our learners and implementing evidence-based strategies that promote independence, confidence, and growth. Above all, I strive to create a warm, inclusive environment where individuals of all abilities feel valued and supported. Originally from San Diego, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University and have been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the past three years.

I am currently pursuing my Master's Degree in Special Education: Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University, with the goal of becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I am continuously seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills to better serve the learners and families our clinic supports.
