As a fellow earth school student, I believe that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about rediscovering the parts of you that have always been whole. As an APCC and CRCC, I'm trained to support both emotional healing and the practical realities of change. If you’re struggling with self-love, relationship issues, systemic barriers, or stuff that doesn't work, I'm here to reconnect you with your true self and create something new.
I support individuals navigating trauma, disability, life transitions, mental illness and the impact of systemic barriers, integrating person-centered, attachment focused and experiential therapies. I enjoy the process of untangling the past experiences that influence how you show up in the world today, creating healing and hope through our relational bond.
